Group order of seeds/How and when start seedlings?

Take advantage of Group-Buy Power! Order in bulk with the schools and the educational garden. There are several catalogs and lists of favorite varieties to choose from, which are all recommended by Judy Walker, an experienced gardener. It will help you cut your seeds bill and ensure a good selection for a successful growing season. Please bring cash or cheque to pay in advance for your order

Guest speaker Barb Tetz will share simple, inexpensive tips of how to be ready to start seedlings. She will also present the Seed Propagation Garden idea currently under development by the Green Thumb Society.

All the best in the New Year! Inventory of agricultural land in greater Terrace, local-growers meetings,  Beyond the Marked regional project and the start of Community Supported Agriculture are all good signs for the year. I am looking forward to a good year of local and sustainable development, your involvement, and ideas.

You are the best! Thank you for getting all those seeds together for us. Thanks for the goodies also. I have lots to learn, so hope I can keep these little treasures in good shape for planting.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
