Advanced Clinician Level Class. CE Credit available for Midwives
The Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine is sponsoring Margi Flint! Margi will lead us on a journey through our Endocrine system, which holds great significance for all body functions, particularly during the Childbearing year.
Margi has been a labor and birth coach for over 20 years along side her herbal medicine path. She weaves together many traditions of herbal healing and modern science and nutrition to help support women and families on their individual path.
Birth professionals who are interested in delving deeper into the health of mothers and infants are welcome to attend this 4 hour lecture plus clinical theater. On Saturday she will help illuminate some of the intricacies that are seen with endocrine imbalance, how to identify these by reading the body and how this is important in the childbearing year - before, during, and after pregnancy. She will cover topics that are endocrine related:
Intrinsic factor deficiency
During the discussion, we will also view diagnostic diagrams and understand details about food allergies, constipation and cardiac symptoms. We will have 1 to 2 'clients' to help us identify endocrine signs in the body and discuss supplement and herbs useful for restoring balance.
ATM CEs available.
Margi is a gifted speaker with 30 years of clinical practice with wisdom of many remedies - herbal and beyond.
