Keeping Texpats NYC Alive

Joshua N.
Group Organizer
Brooklyn, NY
Hello, fellow Texans!

The Texpats were there for me when I first moved to New York City, and I think it's a great resource that should be available for every other Texan that comes here to follow a dream.

I'm sure many of you are recovering from Hurricane Sandy, and I hope you're all safe in the aftermath. If you're doing well and are able to lend a helping hand or provide some handy information, feel free to reply to this message and let the other Texpats know. It looks like buses are running, and some subway lines should be up soon with limited service. For up-to-date MTA news, visit

I'm looking forward to continuing the Texpats NYC Meetups with all of you, and I'm sure we'll have some great events coming up very soon. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please email me at
