Due to the great success of the first screen-printing AfterWorkShop, we are offering a second one. Yay!
This is great news for those we've met already as well as those of you who were unable to make it to last month's workshop. We will do a demo first to show you the basics and then help you to print your chosen image.
This time, on top of single screen images, we will show you how to print an image using two screens and two colors. Burned screens, inks, squeegees and instructors will be on hand, as well as delicious refreshments (courtesy of our local brick oven pizzeria, Bencotto).
Ready to take it to the next level? Come to our free sewing event on August, 20th featuring the awesome Bags for the People, and sew a tote, then come back on the 27th and try printing on it! It's a great way to reduce waste, recycle fabric, be creative, and hang out. Check Glenn and Co. out at http://bagsforthepeop... and get excited about being green.
Come to one event, come to both, or stop by our studio any other night and say hi! If you love fiber, we love you!
We are located at 505 Carroll Street, between 3rd and 4th avenues in Park Slope and Gowanus neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
Looking forward to seeing you,
