I am a Conservative in the John Ashbrook mold (for whom I interned) and a former National Director of Young Americans for Freedom. I attended Morton Blackwell's Leadership Institute. I Miss Ronald Reagan.
I organized this group.
What ever issue is most under assault at any particular time is the most important, however, in the end, protecting our Second Amendment rights is the final line of freedom.
I believe in all nine.
Anybody in the Mentor - Lake County area that is concerned with the current political climate and wants to join with other like minded people and take action to make a difference should consider joining our group.

Paul, thank you so much for your hard work. John gave us an amazing presentation and I learned a few good things that I hadn't known before. I am glad that I saw you and shook your hand last night, and introduced you to the folks that I brought with me. Hopefully, one or two of them will join the 9-12 project!
Wow John Ashbrook. There is a true constitutional conservative. I am a fan of Congressmand Larry McDonald. He was a real conservative and friend of John Ashbrook. May they rest in peace.

Paul, I have recently moved here from Orlando Florida and I am finding it difficult to find any Tea Parties in the area (Geneva). We have a very large organization in Orlando and we meet once a month and a small group meet every Wednesday evening at a coffee shop. I would like tro attend your meeting on the 27th. I feel like a fish out of water!
Back in town now, anxious to meet all of you. Yes I would like to attent the 9/15 meeting and hear Dr Vanek. Judith Colgrove
Thank you Paul. My wife Patricia and I were on the road standing with our signs in Strongsville. That was a good scene, especially if you were dressed warmly and waterproof shoes.

Hi! I just read the comment from Ham Louhry (sp?) from the Akron group about a Patriot Express train. Sounds like a good idea to me for like-minded people to get together as well as the 9-12 meetings.
I refuse to use the few extra bucks in our paychecks to 'stimulate' the economy as B.O. planned. Instead, I decided to use that money to stimulate conservatives back into office. Chuck P & I continue to find small but meaningful ways to invest that money. One of those ways will be to gladly pay dues to support the Mentor group. You are doing an awesome job. Your investment of time, money and talent is greatly appreciated.
Paul, Thank you for the greeting! My personal life has been thrown in turmoil since I joined. I am still very excited by the group, but with the sudden addition of my two grandchildren from Denver, I must say my life has turned into a circus! lol I will do my best, but family stabilization is first-but I do not think it will be too much of a problem. I look forward to meeting you-just keep me informed! i am now forgetting even my own birthday! LOL Bob Ashdown Jr. [masked]
Paul, Is it possible to make meetings a little later for those of us that work until 5:30 or have to drive home from downtown? Also, if this is the Mentor 9/12 group why are we meeting in Painesville?
