There are currently two main areas in which parkour and free running are taught in a class format within the Valley and one out door class that is in different locations every week. These classes are Broken into two categories A classes and B Classes simply to understand better the locations and type of class

A CLASSES

You can get discounts by doing more then one class per week.

First class during the week is full price every other class that week is 5 dollars discounted.

1st class $15+ 2nd class $10 ($15-5) + 3rd class $5 ($10-5)= $35 a week you save $10.

Monday at 6:15 pm to 8:15 pm at Scottsdale Gymnastics $15 per class

the first class is taught as a way to work your parkour skills and develop your abililty further and stronger, you will get much individual attention and feed back while working individual skills. beginners this is a great class to start with.

Thursday 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Scottsdale Gymnastics $15 per class

This class is more of an open gym where everyone can practice freely at their own pace. There is a group warm up at the beginning and group stretch at the end. Instruction is available from coaches at the gym. if you want to learn more of the acrobatic movement or have a safer place to practice a harder skill then this is a good class for you.

Saturday 9 am to 10:30 am locations will be posted on the MeetUp Calander and are $10 per class

Out door Classes are for all levels, where we give you an extensive arsenal of ways to train your body outside without any need for weights for special equipment. You transform yoru body and the enironment into the perfect gym.
