This group is for people who don’t quite synch with the general population but still desire to make genuine personal connections with other unique and open-minded individuals. Sure we blend in well enough, play the mandatory niceties of “civilized” society, but we rarely share in the same values or interests of the local inhabitants. Do you find that you don’t fit in with other meetup groups because you’re not a fan of tailgating parties, political parties, cocktail parties, religious retreats, small business networking, scrap booking or celebrating your gender parts? Do you find that you don’t have anything in common with your neighbors except maybe your zip code? Well in that fact alone you and I already have something in common.
