What are your running goals? Do you want to participate in more races this year, maybe your first half or full marathon? Maybe you want to increase speed or endurance. Whatever your running goals are, we'd love for you to join us for your weekly workouts. We welcome all paces, including walkers. We have recurring evening runs on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is a group for all runners who would like to run in the Addison area. The meetups will include all kinds of runs - long, short, trail, prep for 5ks, half marathons, marathons etc. The goal is to get the runners in the area to meet each other while enjoying our favorite fitness activities. We will also be having happy hours, participating in 5Ks around DFW as a group, attending health and fitness seminars etc.
