Full Circle Farm is a family owned and operated farm producing nutrient-dense foods the old fashioned way with a modern twist. Their primary missions is to facilitate nature through animal husbandry and land stewardship. The foods that they produce have no chemicals of any kind including no hormones or anti-life (biotics). We go way beyond the federal government's organic standards. The dairy and beef cows are rotated daily to fresh pasture to ensure the highest quality of life for the cattle, the dairy products, and beef all the while building organic matter in the soil and caring for all the microorganisms that live in the soil. Full Circle Farm offers non-GMO eggs/chicken, 100% grass fed beef, forest fed pork Joel Salatin style. The farms center piece is their raw dairy products (milk, yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, etc.). During this intensive we will be covering the full spectrum of food forest design from small yard to large acreage application using permaculture principles. This is a ten acre home site in the middle of a seventy acre holistic, free range/ rotational grazing livestock farm that raises beef, chickens and pork in the healthiest ways possible.
The goal of this workshop is to install water retaining swales on contour to harvest water on the land that will be planted in a manner designed to mimic a natural healthy forest to provide food, fuel and beauty for the people and the livestock that live there. This will be a sliding scale workshop that will range from 25-50$ a day or[masked]$ for the full two weekend course Nov 15th&16th and the 23rd&24th. The first weekend will be intro to permaculture and food forests and the second will cover design and implementation. Full Circle Farm is dedicated to educate our customers and visitors in all the moving parts to keep our operation functioning to highest degree. We are currently accepting intern and apprenticeship applications to build and educate the future generations of farmers.

This is a great farm. Very inspiring and wonderful "can do" folks. I've been to other workshops there and will tell you the food is going to be great! Not sure yet if I can go to this one, but just wanted to give a testimonial, as they've shared so much knowledge and enthusiasm with me to get my own farming enterprise going.
