Do you know how to safely belay and/ or have a belay certificate?

Why rock climbing?

It gets never boring due to the ever changing routes. Good fitness and you can really challenge yourself. Climbing outside in the rocks is favourite, however indoor climbing is a not so bad alternative.

I recently moved to Amsterdam to finish medical school. I have been climbing for over 10 years, mostly indoors however the last years in the rocks as well. I am a male, 66Kg, level 6 indoor 5 outdoor.
