Learn the ancient and effective techniques of meditation to not only expand your own sense of inner harmony, but also to share that increased calmness in your life with others. Yoga teaches that we are essentially all "one" and meditation is the supreme tool to help us awaken and sustain that awareness with inner clarity, joy, and compassion.
