Singles and couples of all levels are invited. Everyone will dance: Students are encouraged to rotate--if you have a partner and do not want to rotate, that is fine, too. The advantage of rotating is social, but also technical. Beginners "feel" the movements from a more advanced partner; more advanced dancers learn lead & follow skills by dancing with less advanced partners. Informal class structure is fun and flexible for all levels of dancers. Very Patient Instructor.
Learn to Dance With Style & Elegance
Professionally Taught by Janice of Dance Elegance
Janice has worked diligently over the years, in private sessions and group classes with various Masters of Tango. From her study with these various masters of Tango, Janice teaches an elegant style, representing the romantic beauty and soul-seizing passion of the Argentine Tango. She has studied with Leandro Palou and Andrea Misse, creators of “Tango Danza;” Fernanda Ghi & Guillermo Merlot, original cast member of Broadway Show, "Forever Tango;" Daniela & Sandor, also original cast dancer and choreographer of "Forever Tango;" Fabian Salas, Director of the "International Tango Congress of Buenos Aires;" and Daniela Accuri & Armando Orzuza of "Tango Puro.”
