Welcome, Arlington Poodles & Small Friends! (OUR PUPS R #1!)

Our goal is to meet & socialize other local Poodles and small friends! We will schedule playdates so our pups will be happy & ready for naps! We also hope that the meetups will allow the doggie parents to exchange ideas related to small dog ownership such as training, vets, groomers, etc. Our poodles are open to other small friends under 25 pounds that are well socialized to join us for some fun filled excitement. This is OUR group so please remember all suggestions are welcome!
At each meetup I will ask between $2 donation from each member to help defray the monthly costs of our meetup website, parties, refreshments, door prizes, etc. (Any extra collected will go to the group expenses & meetups.)

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR SAFE & HEALTHY MEETUPS (i like using caps cuz i'm half blind & i never mean them as yelling or anything negative!) :^)

**PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DOG'S SHOTS ARE UP TO DATE & THAT YOUR DOG IS SPAYED OR NEUTERED IF OVER 1 YEAR OLD **exceptions due to health reasons considered upon request**. ACCORDING TO MOST VETS, THIS WILL HELP WITH YOUR DOG'S HEALTH (decrease in cancer) & BEHAVIOR ISSUES (decrease in aggression from your dog and/or dogs around your dog).

**PLEASE DO NOT BRING TREATS TO FEED DURING MEETUPS SINCE MOST DOGS GET TREATS FOR PERFORMANCE & THIS CAN CAUSE CONFUSION AND/OR BAD HABITS**

**PLEASE BRING POO BAGS & CLEAN UP ALL OF YOUR DOG'S ACCIDENTS-!!! IF YOUR DOG MAKES THE MESS, PLEASE DON'T RELY ON OTHERS TO CLEAN IT UP**

**DOGS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THAT SHOW REPEAT SIGNS OF AGGRESSION. (At this time, toys are permitted, so if your pup can't share without snapping at other dogs, they may not be allowed to stay. We may re-evaluate allowing toys if we find it a problem for the group as a whole.) REMEMBER- AGGRESSIVE DOGS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED, SO PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNER AND WATCH YOUR DOGS CAREFULLY FOR THE HEALTH AND BENEFIT OF EVERYONE INVOLVED. COME TO ME WITH CONCERNS. I AM HAPPY TO HELP.**
