Dear Friends, Family, and Colleagues:

I'm proud to invite you all to 'TIL MORNING - a concert event in American Opera Projects' South Oxford Space in FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN on Sunday, December 18th at 8pm. Suggested donation is $20. To reserve your seat(s), please email [address removed].

Instead of a traditional recital format, I'm working with some exciting collaborators to create a unique, kaleidoscopic, one-act chamber experience.

Pianist Wilson Southerland, tenor Caleb Stokes and I will be performing classical vocal works on the theme of signs, symbols, and omens. We'll be guided on this journey by the chamber ensemble ZODIAC through their interpretation of Karlheinz Stockhausen's whimsical and deeply romantic Tierkreis (Zodiac Cycle).

As serious as that all sounds, this is a party! The concert should last about an hour, but feel free to come as early as 7:30 and stick around afterward to enjoy free beer courtesy of Brooklyn Brewery.

If you're unable to attend but would still like to support this project, tax deductible donations can be made to American Opera Projects Helping Hands. Be sure to mention 'TIL MORNING in the designation section. American Opera Projects is a fantastic organization. I'm extremely pleased and proud to have their support. You can check out all of their other exciting projects on their website.

I hope to see you on the 18th!!

Amanda
