The Art of Living Workshop teaches us how to have greater peace, energy and joy...for a lifetime. We have learned many skills at home and in school, but we have never been taught how to handle negative emotions like anger, sadness, fear etc. If we learn the skill to deal with our mind when these emotions arise, the quality of our lives can change significantly for the better. Through the power of the breath and ancient knowledge of the mind, the Art of Living course teaches us this skill.

We are very pleased to announce our next meet up. We are doing another full mood day mediation as a part of our full moon day mediation series. This time we are doing it at Jeanne's Residence.
The moon has a strong influence on the huge oceans, whose tides rise and fall according to the lunar cycles. In the same way the moon has a sway on the human body, which is made-up of 60 per cent of fluids. Read more
