Happy Sunday to you:)

If you are receiving this letter, it is because you rsvpd for an event (Starlight Drive In), and sadly did not show. I completely understand that life happens and we can't always predict what might happen.  That being said, when you RSVP for a meetup event, please make sure that you can attend. Also, if you RSVP for an event and as it nears your plans change, please do me the courtesy to give notice at least seven days prior to the event.

No Show Policy:

-One no show pass, second no show will result in removal of the group:(

-Late cancellation (meaning update given less than seven days-or same day) will be allowed a total of three times (but not in a row-meaning cannot be consecutive late cancellations).

I value you as a member of this group, and hope to see you at future events:)  This email was not to discourage you in any way. It was just to inform you to update your plans accordingly out of respect for your fellow members, venues, and myself.  Believe me, I dislike writing these letters, but sometimes I have to be a stickler.

Thank you for your understanding,
