I have been practicing and teaching yoga meditation for over 30 years.
Through meditation, I have gained access to deep and lasting fulfillment, freedom from anxiety, effective tools for handling stress, eternal truth and wisdom that has been handed down throughout the ages, and more care and compassion for others. I give thanks to all of my teachers! Namaste.
I practice and teach Yoga in all its aspects (meditation, asana, diet, lifestyle, philosophy) to all ages. It is a privilege to be able to pass this gift onto others! Namaste.
