Cordage Basics: Make String & Rope from Plants!

We'll meet at the back pavilion at Mary Moore Searight and practice cordage. If you have materials you'd like to work on, bring them. We'll harvest some and have some on hand for you to practice with.

Thanks for coming and practicing cordage with me. As a bonus, I had a great time learning how to card wool from Linda. See you all next time!

I would be fine with a whole day of processing natural fibers by hand. I can bring the raw fibers, we will also need water source and rubber gloves.

Are you referring to paying for the Fall Edible Plants and Fall Medicinal Plants classes? If you don't have funds in your paypal, you can also use a credit card or debit card through paypal. If you don't have either of these, call Earth Native at[masked] to see about an alternative form of payment. Hope to see you there!

    Linda,
If you can collect materials before the meetup, that would be great. We'll probably bring some yucca and raffia for the basics.

Hey Stacy, thanks for letting me know. I'll try to schedule the next meetup later in the evening & they will probably switch back and forth.
