Bring something you have made or an idea for something you would like to make.

This is the monthly meeting of the Austin Fine Woodworking Association, another group of woodworking enthusiasts.

Speaker: Tony Meeks

Topic: How to Make a Short Scale, Upside Down, Diatonic, Solid Body, Electric,
Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer
Tony is a self taught Luthier. He made his first instrument four years ago. It was very rough but playable.  Since then he has moved out of his garage
into a dedicated shop and has sold over 150 instruments.  He has never
advertised his instruments
and has always been back ordered. Tony got a D in wood shop in High School and believes that your past should never define who you really are.
