Join the BATC for a swim, bike run workout this Sunday at 8:00am.
The swim is in open water, parallel to shore, so if you are uncertain/new to open water you can stand up. You can choose to swim 600/1200 or 1800 yards. The swim is followed by a two-loop 7 mile bike ride (total of 14 miles) or a 15 mile route. Then a 5k in the park.
There is a $5 fee to enter the park- payable in cash to the Rangers at the gate. Snacks and drinks provided by the BATC.
