Swim, Bike Run workout with transition clinic

Join the BATC for a swim, bike run workout this Saturday at 8:00am.

The swim is in open water, parallel to shore, so if you are uncertain/new to open water you can stand up.  You can choose to swim 600/1200 or 1800 yards.  The swim is followed by a two-loop 7 mile bike ride (total of 14 miles) or a 15 mile route. Then a 5k in the park.

There is a $5 fee to enter the park- payable in cash to the Rangers at the gate.

The annual pass is $75 and lasts for the calendar year.  It gets all  members of the vehicle in for free to all day use areas (i.e. hammerman), a 10% discount on concessions, and free boat launching at all state owned marinas.

Snacks and drinks provided by the BATC

This is a great workout day for beginners…  swim and biking tips available from our various tri mentors

Hi. Will our bikes need to be locked up while we are in the water and on the run, or does someone stay on land?

You can keep your bike locked if you want. Nobody stats and watches them... Never had an issue there. Gear is usually safe
