Hill repeats are TERRIBLE, so I try to make them more tolerable with friends and beer in my backayrd after the run. We meet at the YMCA, then warm up for 1/2 mile. We then run hill repeats for about 35-40 minutes (trust me, that's PLENTY of time on these hills). We conclude with a cool down. For those who want to, feel free to join Sheryl after the run in her backyard (we run in my neighborhood!) for free beer. Party is over between 8:30-9pm.
