My conversion took three years to evolve. As long as you have the interest, you educate yourself and keep reminding yourself by reading, you will eventually become a healthy food eater. It is not done overnight. When it happens it becomes second nature. There are no cravings. It is a way of life. Hearing each person's journey and ideas is all I am looking for. I also want to hear how major figures in the health food arena differ with each other. I want to share my experience and knowledge about health as part of my journey from cell biology to physician assisting. For me health is vital, sickness is devastating, continuous psychological stress is damaging and our work lifestyles highly incongruent with a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle requires time, planning and proper physical environment such as a spacious kitchen and a second refrigerator. Those are resources that are in trade off with everything else in our lives. I want to learn about how to reach the balance.
Currently vegetarian +milk, eggs and fish for 8 years, and tired of being told that there is something wrong with the way I eat by my junk eating friends. Ready to meet single minded people who care about their health and enjoy a healthy food diet.
