I find it easy at home when I am cooking my meals. It is much more difficult at other people's homes or at restaurants. I would love to see how other vegans deal with these challenges.
I became vegetarian in Dec of 2011. This past summer I took a trip to Portland and met some people who shed light on the cruelty involved in the dairy and egg industry and with that in mind I am trying my best to stay vegan.
