How easy or difficult have you found it to be vegan, or to move in that direction? Is there a specific way that you would like to be supported by this group, or a discussion topic that you would especially appeal to you?

It was a big challenge, so I took it a step at a time, starting with burgers. And at the end of a year, I reluctantly let go of the chicken filet sandwiches from McDonald's. I had learned too much about how bad the living conditions are for chickens.
