This is Dr. Joe (Adams).    Thanks for the kind introduction, Don.     FYI, just so people have a realistic picture of the clinic where I work:  We don't have dietitians or any special information on diet, other than what I may tell you about diet verbally.   I don't get into specifics other than to encourage a plant-based, low-fat diet.   It's located in Reisterstown Road Plaza with clients of various backgrounds & many underserved clients.    Waiting times are occasionally long - we're trying to improve that.   We take most insurances and also see people with no insurance on a sliding scale.   I'm only there Tuesday mornings and all day Thursdays;  no evening hours.    I am a primary care physician, as Don said, with interests in anxiety & mood disorders, addictions of various kinds, etc., but mostly traditional primary care.
