Dear Friends,

This week on EarthSave's Internet Radio Show, It's All About Food, I'll be speaking with Dr. Michael Greger on a wide range of topics from nutrition, food safety, and public health issues. As you may know, Dr. Greger wrote the book Bird Flu, A Virus Of Our Own Hatching and he is also quite knowledgeable about the current swine flu outbreak. Tune in this Wednesday at 3pm Eastern Time at www.earthsave.org/radio.htm. You can call in and ask questions or make comments.

If you can't make it this Wednesday, you can always listen to the show at your convenience by going to the RADIO ARCHIVE at www.earthsave.org. You'll find all the past shows there.

Last week I spoke to Stephane Groleau and Meghan Kelly about Veganic Agriculture. I learned so much about it and how superior it is to organic agriculture. We've had many wonderful guests on so far, including Will Tuttle, Carol Adams, Mike Hudak, Brendan Brazier, pattrice jones, Mark Rifkin, Rynn Berry, Dr. Richard Schwartz, Gabriele Kushi, Pamela Rice and Jill Ovnick.

Please let us know what you think about It's All About Food. Feel free to email any questions you might have that we can have answered on the show.

Yours for the Earth,
