Hi Meetup Member,

Hope to see you this Saturday for a real fun and informative event. If you would prefer to pay for dinner, please let us know a day in advance if possible.

The folks who haven't attended before will have an opportunity to tell us a bit about themselves. And we will have awards for those who prepare the favorite cooked and uncooked dishes. Please join us if you can!

BALTIMORE VEG DINNER ED SERIES will return to Owings Mills on Saturday, Oct. 24th, from 6-9 PM, and will feature Registered Dietitian MARTY DAVEY, who will speak on ?I?M TOO BUSY & I DON?T COOK.? Life on the go doesn't have to unhealthy. Learn how to order out, what to keep in the fridge, quick prep foods, and more tips to keep up your energy and trim your waistline when life feels like Beat the Clock.

Marty Davey, MS, RD is a registered dietitian with a Master?s degree in Food and Nutrition from Marywood University, as well as being a nutrition writer and presenter. She teaches nutrition and cooking classes at one of the top rated spas in the world. Please RSVP by email reply or by calling[masked]-3043.

Earthsave Veg Dinner Ed Series events are held at the Learning Center of Your Prescription for Health, at 10210 S. Dolfield Rd. in Owings Mills. Guests are asked to bring a dish made without animal products to serve at least five times the number in their party, along with a donation of $5 (members $2). Or guests may attend without bringing a dish for a $12 fee (members $10). Please give 1 day notice if paying for dinner.
