Here's a reminder about this weekend's - WOMEN?S EXPO AT CCBC CATONSVILLE, always one of our favorite events, will feature more than 200 exhibitors and speakers. The Expo will happen this year on March 13th and 14th, from 11 am until 5 pm. As usual, Earthsave will have an information and book sales table that you will see on your right as soon as you enter the gym. Earthsave Baltimore director Don Robertson will conduct a workshop on benefits and challenges of shifting toward a plant-centered diet. See details below.

The whole Expo speaking schedule of speakers and exhibiters is in the brand new issue of ON PURPOSE WOMAN (look for the Earthsave ads there each month), a free publication that always has lots of good information, ads and articles on personal growth, holistic health, and on being an entrepreneur. It?s available for free in most Baltimore area public libraries. For additional Expo information, please go to

A MENU OF LOVE: THE VEGETARIAN LIFESTYLE is the title of a workshop (at no extra charge) that Don Robertson will present at the WOMEN?S EXPO in Catonsville on Sunday, March 14th, from 1:00 ? 1:30 in the lecture room of the gym. Don, who founded Earthsave Baltimore in 1997, will show us the wide-ranging impact that our food choices have on the environment, our health, and all life on Earth. Don will point to some of the best evidence favoring a shift toward a whole food, plant-based diet. And he will look at some of the toughest barriers we face in making diet and lifestyle changes. Adopting these dietary changes is a powerful way to love this planet and all those who share it. Hope to see you there!
