Now that the weather is a little better perhaps we could try meeting up with our dogs again?! Maybe followed by coffee or lunch?

so sorry that Sasha decided not to be at all sociable this morning. Not only is she scared of "packs" of barking dogs but she is also gun shy and there were a few distant rumbling noises that upset her! But she did meet up with a few uni students who she loved and I enjoyed the walk. Hope you all had a great time and hope to meet up with you at another event.

Hi Gillian, what a shame you and Sasha weren't able to join us! Poor girl! But it sounds like she had a great time today anyway walking and being made a fuss of by the students : ) Maybe she would be better walking with just one other dog - do text me if you would like to try her walking with my dog Romeo? And/or we could try a dog free meet up just for coffee or lunch?! xx
Perfect company canine and human. Shame we missed the afternoon sun. Hope to do another walk soon
Thanks, Susan, so lovely to meet you, Daniel and the gorgeous Enzo! Would be great to meet up again soon, will suggest a date! xx
Hi all, I am so sorry but I have had a family commitment come up for tomorrow so I will need to cry off tomorrow. I hope you all have a lovely day, next time count me in!! Sorry Dee x

Shame Dee but hopefully we'll meet up again x
What if your dog isn't sociable?
Come anyway - as long as they tolerate other dogs : )
Hi, just to give you my mobile no if anyone needs it - 07805 241597. Also, the American Museum is shut until end of March unfortunately. But the Angelfish Cafe nearby is supposed to be very nice AND dog friendly! See you tomorrow xxxx
I am sorry but I have to work - have fun xx

Shame! But hopefully we can meet up again xx
Great, it might be easiest to meet just at the entrance of the American Museum?

That sounds good to me:)
The Skyline walk (or some of it) seemed the most popular - shall we go for that?
Hi guys. Is there any decision on a location yet?

Snap with the stiles too Gillian

Hey would love to come depending on location. have a lurcher x who runs everywhere +chases squirrels so I need a nice open space to let her off the lead. Also have a 10 month lab/collie x who behaves beautifully.
Hi MaryIf we pick the skyline walk the American Museum has a cafe open from lunch over the afternoon, but we would have to leave dogs in cars http://www.americanmuseum.org/default.cfm/loadindex.83Wellow would be ok as wellGill

Hi all! Does anyone have any suggestions about where to meet?! I was thinking of a bit of the Skyline walk and/or the fields near the Cat and Dog Home - no stiles, lots of room to run? Though there really isn't anywhere round there that we could go to for coffee/lunch with the dogs - unless we move on - or just have a walk...
Wellow is supposed to have lovely walks and a nice pub but don't know if that's too far out for people?
I would love to do the Skyline walk (well at least some of it). I hadn't heard of it until a meetup group organised it but the whole thing is just too far for Poppy still. She's been quite happy walking for about 3 miles (fairly flat miles) so I reckon she be fine if we do part of it.
Oops pressed return when I hadn't finished! The NT leaflet of the walk is here: http://www.bradfordon... so maybe we can work something out!
Sam, will be lovely to see you and the gorgeous Poppy again! Hope you've settled in to your new place too.
Sue -really looking forward to meeting you and Enzo - what a cool name!!
HiI have a large dog that can't do stiles, but needs a lot of socialisation! So depends on route. I would also like the walk to be not too far from Bath. ...
And Enzo the whippet

Poppy should be able to keep up this time - she's grown loads! Looking forward to seeing everyone again

I decided to start this group because there isn't one in bath for social get togethers, walking, dining, film, music gigs etc.
