This was my first meet up, and although I shyed out early as I lost Chris! I did enjoy this meet up and for the first time in 20 years didn't feel alone! I thought the lady that gave the informative talk really interesting, I only wish I could have stayed for the whole afternoon. I especially would welcome another meet up like this, and I hope you are feeling much better now Gill x

Two fascinating museums and some great people to visit them with. I was particularly fascinated by the history of the slave trade linked to Bristol. Sad days for mankind when this was the norm. Such blatant inhumane cruelty thankfully confined to history. Thanks Gill. Get well soon.
Detour to Red Lodge Park Row now

I misread this and thought it was cancelled, so I just changed my RSVP. I am still coming unless it has been postponed? I am not sure about hosting as I don't know what this involves?
Please come along anyway
Maybe I wont come then, as I need to get the bus now and I don't have a smart phone so I would hate to get there and its been cancelled :-( What a shame. sorry you are unwell Gill and hope you feel better soon. I hope this meet up gets arranged again, I was looking forward to this
I am very sorry to be cancelling now too but I am afraid I will not be able to make it.
Re parking. There is trenchard street multi stori behind the colston hall, £1 an hour on sat
So sorry for late cancellation but am coughing and sneezing for England, so not a good idea to spread that around! Hope to go sometime though as am sure it will be most interesting

Just realised I would have driven back from York the day before and really don't think I'm going to want to be up early the next day- shame, it would've been lovely, next time....
