Hi Guys, Um I am down as a no show for this for some reason.
You may not have noticed me, being that I am such a quiet wee thing but I was definitely there, can this be rectified please.

This had better be worth it. Been stood on the piggin bus stop for over an hour now. Getting coooooold
For those of you still nervous about identifying the group ; I shall be wearing a green shirt and back jeans
That's rather mild, for a disciplinarian like yourself
Honestly! the sarcy comments on here boys! tut tut! I shall put you on the naughty step tonight if you carry on
Apologies everyone, but i wont be able to make tonight. Have a wonderful evening!
Nigel same a Lisa, prob about nine for me
Won't get there until about 20:45 so will watch this space to see if you have moved on.
Been stood up again eh James.
Think you have to have an arranged date in order to be stood up, so in that case no :D
Refrain from the usual quips Nigel, a good idea! Put my name down suddenly realised I am not required for last second additional work (I would of said no anyway) I'm not getting an unexpected or forgotten visit from a friend/relative and the dog has not in fact eaten my homework. Ohh and nothings cropped up either :D Any similarity to actual quips is purely coincidental. See you all later.

Uncharacteristically I'll refrain from the usual quips. Tempting though .....

Hi Nige, poor you ! Amazing to think a night in the pub can become so complicated!

If you look at the link below of Google maps I can direct to free car parking. Just to the left and below the Colston yard is Lower church lane. If you turn onto Lower Church lane from Park Rowe (Its a very small cobbled slope) and then take the first left you will see a gravelled car park on your right. You can park here free. Its a university car park and will have enforcement signs however they do not enforce parking regulations between 6pm Friday and 7am on Monday morning. I work for them dont have a permit and park there often sometimes all weekend. Just a min's walk from the Colston yard and saves paying. I may be along yet not sure Ive signed on to another event which is closer to where I need to be later on but not many people on it so may divert to this one. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Colston+Yardfirstname.lastname@example.org,-2.596962,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x48718dd862c70825:0xe8f9ceb0a916d4cb
This is the car park, not the one behind the metal fence the first bigger one. https://www.google.co....
Will not be full on a Friday evening.
Oupsy! Got reminded of a birthday party friday! May-be next time ;-)
We'll decide on the night where we'll move onto and I'll notify people on here
If anyone wants my mobile let me know and then I can meet you as soon as you arrive or meet you outside.
Hi Nige, can you send me your number please as I don't know what time I shall be heading in and you may have moved on. Ta
Yes Please Nigel
Hi Barbra. You can park in Trenchard street car park. With your back to the children's bri hospital ( the building with the large Coloured rings outside ) turn right for about 200m . Opposite go down a steep cobbled street. The carpark entrance is then on your right

Can someone please advise where would be the best place to park the car. I live in Calne,Wilts. and unfortunately I can`t rely on a public transport late in the night. I would love to come.
Hi, I'll try and find you all at some point later in the evening.

Thanks Nigel, but public transport being what it is I cant be sure of my exact E.T.A. I'll aim for earlier rather than later, that way the pub shouldn't be too busy so I'll recognise one of you from your pics. As I'm 5ft 11" I'm quite easy to spot.

Wendy I am sure that someone can also give you their mobile number if you like ... you are more than welcome to have mine though I never know what time I am going to arrive either :)
Thanks Mary, I'll have to try and memorise a couple of the pics of people going or I may make myself a badge saying "Bristol & Bath everything. Please talk to me" Looking forward to meeting everyone. See you Friday.
Hi Karren. We'll be at the bar and I will message a description of what I'm wearing on the night. As I know our pics aren't the clearest

Or even have a sofa/ floor that i may be able to sleep on afterwards.

Good to see you back on the scene Bev !!
It's opposite the B.R.I. childrens hospital.
It used to be the Smiles brewery and pub.
If you like I can meet you outside of the pub ?
Where exactly is Colston Yard? I've never heard of it. Did it used to be called something else? I'm a bit apprehensive wandering around on my own looking for it as this will be my first meet up and I rarely venture into central Bristol on an evening.
I decided to start this group because there isn't one in bath for social get togethers, walking, dining, film, music gigs etc.
Discounts on Drinks Sunday - Thursday
1,732 Outdoor Adventurers
1,986 Adventure Seekers
I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
