Bredon Hill - 9.5 mile walk

Join me for a bracing walk up Bredon Hill at the very Northern edge of the Cotswolds. There is the usual collection of pretty villages with a couple of pubs en route, but this one is all about the near 360 degree views from the hill itself....so let's pray for decent weather. I even if we get it it is always breezy up there so remember your waterproofs and extra layers...and walking boots as trainers won't cope at this time of year.
Obviously we have a bit of a climb up the hill, but most of it is quite gentle with the first mile and a half being the toughest.
Should take us about 5 hours to get round which if we start at 10am gives us plenty of time before dark.
If you want to come but you need a lift please say so as early as possible and give details of where you live.
I'm suggesting this time we have a pub lunch at the Star at Ashton under hill which is at the 6 mile mark when all of the climbing has been done. Let me know if you're up for that as I'll need to book us in.
