Hack session along the lines of https://github.com/swannodette/om/wiki/Intermediate-Tutorial
Note that this is a hack-session only - no talks are planned. Just good conversation!

Rob - I was able to get 'util.clj' to stop in the debugger: It was necessary to import the directory as a Leiningen project first. With util.clj stopped in the debugger, I should have a better chance of troubleshooting errors in my db init code. Thanks!

Traffic was a bear today, but the trip was well worthwhile. I can imagine a similar session with a little more formality. For example, people were working on problems at several different levels. Four 5-7 minute presentations -- using the nice projector -- outlining the problem they are focused on at the moment, would be quite helpful. Since at least some have the intermediate tutorial working, a walk through would have been nice. The suggestions about additional tools, were most welcome. As in all Clojure gatherings I've seen, the atmosphere was positive and enjoyable.

Blaine, the format you describe would be great! I have some work limitations on organizing anything like that, but if you would be interested, please give it a go!

Good kick-off hack-session if I do say so myself. Next time I will make better use of the irc from the get-go.

While there is already a ClojureScript forum on Google Groups, I started a forum for ClojureScript Users (and Clojure Users) on the refreshed Yahoo Groups, and posted a question on how to best debug errors from Datomic: https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/clj-s-users/conversations/messages/1

Perhaps there can be a few minutes to discuss the edn/json issues. In any case I'm really looking forward to this.

I'd be very interested in that. For example, I wonder if there is a reason for the apparent shortcomings in js<->cljs noted in the article that Peter Christensen linked to below: http://www.lispcast.c...
Runa has graciously offered to host this hack-session! Note also that this is a hack-session only; no talk is planned. Just good conversation!

Do you think it's important to keep the data in json instead of edn, so that your non-Clojure/Cljs organization can still build components for your app ?
