We are using the term "Instant Cohousing" to convey the potential for communities like these to get and up running quickly, unlike your experience in Austin (which we hope you can be part of an EBCOHO talk on someday). Sometimes you can do the process work afterwards, instead of figuring out everything in advance, when a unique opportunity like this comes along with the physical structure already in place.
