Hands on Emacs tonight!

From: Sean A C.

Just a reminder that tonight's meeting (at Weatherbill in San Francisco) will focus on Emacs and should be a hands on event - so please bring your laptop / netbook / whatever you plan to run Emacs on!

If you are not a current Emacs user, it'll make things go more smoothly if you at least download the appropriate build of Emacs for your machine beforehand (Emacs 24 recommended). It's about 57MB and we don't want to have lots of people downloading it over Weatherbill's guest wifi tonight :)

I'll also try to put a bunch of things on a USB stick just in case.

See you there!

If you have not yet RSVP'd - or need to change your RSVP - please go to the meetup site and do that:

This is important because Weatherbill very graciously provide pizza and salad every month so it's only fair that they know how many people to expect.
