These days most work environments are multi-cultural. We have to work with people who often have very different ideas about how to work together. Most of us have never received and training or guidance on how to succeed in a multi-cultural work environment, so we struggle along. This group is for managers and non-managers who want to do better than just struggle along. It is to be a setting for people to discuss their experiences working across cultures, and to learn from one another.

“Greetings Rakha. I am the organizer for the Bay Area Cross Cultural Manager Support Group. I appreciate your joining the group. In order for me to get a better understanding of the issues and concerns that you may have, I was wondering whether you would be interested in participating in a management and values assessment?”
