Introduction
When I eat a lean steak, but there's a large strip of fat on the side, I usually cut it off and don't eat it. Since agile teams remove the 'fat', the 'strips of fat' around them look less tasty. I want to help make the whole organization lean.

I think the only way the industry will change is if more people who do the work come to understand the principles behind Lean and Agile, and small groups of entre- and intra-preneurs are going to be the ones who make it happen.
