Everyone knows that swimming, running or working out can give you physical health and vitality. For spiritual vitality and strength, you need regular spiritual exercises.
Each week we’ll share a number of techniques, and you’ll have the opportunity to practice spiritual exercises, ask questions, and share your experiences. The topics and exercises are drawn from Harold Klemp’s book, The Spiritual Exercises of ECK.
Classes are held on alternate Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:30 pm.
