Hello everyone, please see this link where I explain my idea (sorry for going on a bit, next time I'll try and make it shorter).
Locations where we could meet:
Parliament Hill Bandstand, near Gospel Oak Overground – 8am Sundays
Arkley, near Barnet – 10am weekdays only (two people max)
This meetup consists of a warm up, stretching and then technique work on pads, where everyone gets a few rounds on them. Note: I now have kicking pads so ignore what I said in the video.
