No major stressors, just the usual concerns like "where is my life going" and "where is my career going" and "what is all this supposed to mean".
I meditate everyday. I've done Yoga ( intermittently), tried Vivation and guided meditation.
Meet with like-minded people, practice self-awareness and relaxation, and learn to approach everyday life in a calm and centered way.
I will have to leave work a 1/2 hour early to make the 5pm meetings. If it is the best time for everybody else, I will try and make it work.
