What has been some of your experiences (listening, drumming, dancing, watching) of West African Drum and Dance?

I took an African Dance class at UC Berkeley. Loved it. Listening is the best!

What would you like as an outcome, goal or personal development of joining this group?

Would love to hear the group in parks around Bend (weather appropriate). Really miss the Berkeley drums. I have a ceramic drum -- not sure if it's appropriate for this group, but would like to learn to play it better.

Introduction

I love music, dance, & especially percussion. Used to live in Berkeley & often went over to the campus to listen to the drumming on Sproul (?) Plaza.
