Gentle Evening Yoga to Relax and Let Go

An hour for yourself, to wind down, to gently ease your body, mind and soul away from a hectic day. Movement to help your body relax, a meditation to heal, forgive and let go and breath work to find that neutral place from which inspiration can flow.

For all levels. Mats are available.
