Hello All: FYI - Dave Eggers' youth education organization 826 has a DC affiliate which also hosts the 'Museum of Unnatural History'

Thought the Group might find interesting.

Great to meet everyone last week - until next time.

    Hi,

Christina was right about the unposted Facebook posts being saved! The end of the article even mentions the Circle. The logic of the Facebook programmers is right out of the novel.

Hi, everyone. I'm looking forward to meeting up on Wednesday and discussing some of the many thoughts regarding "The Circle" that are buzzing around in my head.

Kind of random, but I thought I'd share this link to an interesting analysis/review of the book written by Margaret Atwood. Warning: if you haven't finished the book yet, there are some quasi-spoilers in this article... http://www.nybooks.com/articles/archives/2013/nov/21/eggers-circle-when-privacy-is-theft/

    See you all on Wednesday!

So I have started reading this book ( a little late). I really want to attend the meeting and meet everyone but I don't want to ruin the ending :P decisions, decisions!

I wasn't able to get the book from the library yet, so I'll definitely not have time to read it by the meeting :(

I have the same issue, I reallu wanted to hang out but I don't think I'll be able to contribute until my library gets the book!

Can you send out a group email when the book has been selected?

Just finished Jhumpa Lahiri's 'The Lowland' and enjoyed it in case you're looking for a suggestion... Or something by Ann Patchett! :)
