Repair Workshop: Orange

We’re at the Old Towne Orange Farmers and Artisans Market on the first Saturday of every month from 9 am – 1 pm. Ride your bike, pick up some incredibly fresh food, and make your bike feel nice!

We provide the tools and as much help as you need, while you fix your own bike.

You don’t have to show up when we open – just give yourself the time you need to get stuff done before we finish up at 1:00.

We have a full assortment of tools available. However, we do not have much in the way of parts, tires, chains, etc. Please visit your favorite local bike shop and get what you need. We will be happy to help you with installations, adjustments, and repairs. We pretty much do it all – come true those wheels, adjust those derailleurs, fix them brakes, replace that chain, and overhaul your hubs, bottom bracket, and headset.

We're not a typical drop-your-bike-off-and-it-comes out-fixed operation; that would deprive you of the opportunity to get your hands dirty and expand your bike knowledge. The idea is for you to learn about maintaining your bike while you do it yourself. We provide tools and assistance, you provide the energy that converts your bike from broken to smokin'.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
