Boston Amazon Web Services Meetup Group

Industry experts will discuss best practices and techniques for continual optimization of performance and cost associated with cloud environments. There is a growing challenge for large scale cloud users to understand the optimal types of cloud resources required from a performance perspective in order to address business priorities. Additionally, customers are challenged with understanding the optimal cloud resources to purchase based on historical trended usage, vendor pricing options, and business objectives.

This panel will discuss these issues and the growing complexity across a range of cloud environments.

I am a Director with Verizon Cloud Services. We are launching our next-gen cloud platform in beta in January. In an effort to align our roadmap with customer need I am interested in meeting with existing cloud users to understand what existing cloud features are most important to your business and what missing features you would most like to see developed quickly.
For everyone who schedules a 15-20 minute discussion with me, Verizon will donate $25 to the Greater Boston Food Bank.
And - because I like Irony - everyone that I meet with will be entered in a drawing for a $100 Amazon Gift Card.
