Ever wondered how to take store-bought milk and make it into delicious creamy yogurt at home? Using just a pot, a thermometer and some mason jars, you will learn how to heat, innoculate, culture and enjoy homemade yogurt. We will use already-made yogurt to innoculate milk, which will turn into yogurt overnight. It's super easy! And if you eat lots of yogurt, like we do - it will save you money to do it yourself! And once you've made your first batch, you can use it for future batches (bacteria like to multiply).
