Are there foods you love, but eat only with a heaping side of guilt due to its lack of nutrition and health? This class is for you! It is all about the things that make us feel good. That’s what life is about, that’s what eating is about.
This class will cover hot, delicious, simple meals; throwbacks to our childhood. Instructor Gena Mavuli will discuss why we love comfort food so much, and how to make real, nourishing versions of these wonderful foods. In addition Gena will offer a wide range of variations and additions to amp-up the nutritional value of these meals.
Participants will get a chance to make the following dishes:
• Mac ‘n cheese - there’s no orange powder in this, just good real food!
• Chicken Cutlets - for the Italian inside all of us.
• An easy, healthy, Crock-Pot Meal. This will be a basic meal that is easily modified to meet your family’s taste buds.
This class will be jam-packed with information on food-prep to enhance the nourishment of your meals, nutritional information to keep in mind, and some time-saving tips.
Anyone who is looking to start the new year right with real, healthy meals for their family should not miss this class!
All attendees receive $10 off nutritional consulting services!
