Eating well should be a joyful way of life. In this series, you’ll learn how to make some simple yet delicious additions to your cooking to add nutritional value and flavor. After each class, you’ll come away with tools to recreate these meals in your own kitchen, and samples from the course. We’ll start with the basics, and progressively address more nuanced subjects. By the end of this series, you just may have an entirely different outlook of your meals!

• April 8, Enzymatic Sauces
• April 15, Beans and Grains
• April 29, Culturing Dairy These workshops include a demonstration portion and hand-on preparation time. With the exception of Ice Creams, participants will take home samples of dishes prepared in class and recipes. Please bring a sharp kitchen knife and storage containers, such as screw top canning jars, for take home samples.
