Cooking with Whole Grains and Legumes

Getting tired of rice and quinoa? Learn about the many other health-promoting grains and legumes lining grocery store shelves and how to prepare them into delicious meals or side dishes under the instruction of gourmet chef Karina Hines. This is a hands-on workshop presented by Wright-Locke Farm in Winchester. Recipes will be cooked and sampled. Participants should bring a clean cutting board and chef knife (or other preferred knife for vegetable chopping).
